This policy covers this website and "The Hidden Machine Publisher", a private tool that the creator of the YouTube channel The Hidden Machine (@HiddenMachineDocs) uses to publish videos.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, trackers or advertising, and it does not collect personal information. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and time of request, for security.
The Hidden Machine Publisher (YouTube API Services)
The Hidden Machine Publisher uses YouTube API Services. It is used only by the channel's creator, to manage the creator's own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public, and no other user signs in to it.
- What it accesses: with the channel owner's authorization, it uploads videos, thumbnails and captions to the owner's channel, manages playlists and video details, and reads the channel's own analytics.
- What it stores: an authorization token and the channel's own analytics reports, kept on the creator's computer. It does not collect, store or share any information about viewers or other YouTube users.
- Sharing: no data is sold, shared with or transferred to third parties.
- Revoking access: access can be revoked at any time at Google Account permissions. Stored tokens are then deleted.
By using YouTube features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. The tool's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube comments
Comments you post on our videos are handled by YouTube under its own policies. We do not copy them into any other system.
